✔ Sound library: merge users datas with personal section

In the old version of the MPA sound library, the user's instruments were displayed in a dedicated tab.
In the new version they should be merged into the "personal" section. The user can then filter using the "instruments" filter to display only his instruments. This is basically the same as for the factory tab.
Here however the directories are not the same, "instruments" and "personal" are 2 different directories, we shouldn't change the directory structure but only display the instruments in the personal tab in the app.
To do for instruments:
display the user's instruments inside the personal section
implement filtering using the top bar filter (same logic as in the factory tab)
