When moving files to folders inside the sound library, those files are being moved from the original location to the new folder location.
This can break DAW projects if those files had been used in a project.
To avoid this we should either:
Duplicate the files: Copying the files across to the new folder leaving the original ones unchanged.
Keep only the files references: The files would be assigned to the new folder using only the file's path, without physically moving the files into the folder. This solution is the preferred one, it is actually what is already done when importing files to a folder.
