✔ Sound library: option to import folders as plain files

This task is about adding new options to make the folder imports more flexible.
Issue: When importing folders, it is sometimes wished that the only the folders files are imported. Samples packs are often multi level folders with a lot of small files, making the import of entire sample packs complicated if the user wants to import only the files (needs to select all files separately and import them)
1. Overview of Folders options: We should add the following options:
Keep folders structure
Keep only main folder
ignore folders structure
Those options will be gathered in a preference panel, for now we can have them in the option menu (see screenshot below)
Only 1 option can be selected. Those options are applied when a user imports folders into the personal sound library.
2. Detail of folders options:
2.1 Keep folders structure: When enabled, the folders are imported "as is" This is the behavior currently in place.
2.2 Keep only main folder: When enabled, only the root folder is kept as folder. This means that if the user imports multi level folder, only the top level folder remains as a folder. The files of the sub folders are imported as plain files, so that the sub folders are not displayed in the app.
2.3 Ignore folders structure: When enabled, all folders structure are ignored for imported folders. This means that wether the user imports a single or multi level folder, all files are imported as plain files.
NOTE: Those options should be combinable with the current import options, such as "import to folder", "import to collection" etc
3. Add folder's name to collection/folder: When importing a folder and selecting the options "add to new collection/folder", we should pre-enter the original folders name into the new folder/collection.
For example: If the user imports a folder called "piano sounds" and selects one of the options "add to new collection/folder" When the new collection/folder modal window is displayed, the name "piano sounds" is already entered in the tittle text field

Noticed one issue:
The option "ignore folders structure" was enabled. I have imported 3 folders in a single drag and drop (not nested folders) Only the 1st folder structure was ignored, the 2 other folders have been added as folders.

Unable to reproduce this bug. I need more info like: 1- what is target folder (where you drop)? 2- does those folder contain another nested folders?
