There is a new issue with the files imports in local mode (deactivated uploads)
1. Files don't appear: When importing files to the list view or inside a collection/folders page, the file is not appearing. It seems to be imported correctly but when re-openning the page, or performing a text search the files are not being displayed.
This is probably a UI bug, since when re-activating the uploads, the files are being uploaded, hinting that the app actually has registered the local files.
2. Spinning wheel issue: The spinning wheel never stops spinning when importing files in local mode. Normally it should stop as soon as the files have been registered in the local DB
