Currently the sound packs in the factory section can't be filtered using tags.
The filtering should be implement.

This is also needed for collections (factory, user's)

Here, we need some adjustments.

The filtering is not working for the main types (loops, instruments etc)

Also local/cloud is not working, the idea here is that any pack/collection/folder with some items being local is considered as local 

Key/tempo is also not functional

The filtering for packs is not complete.
Below are some additional infos:

Key and Tempo:
Here a pack is retruned when filztering by key or tempo, if some of the items the pack contains is matching the tempo/key selection.

Main types:
The filtering works for loops, one shots and instruments, but not for presets.
It has been metioned that the server is not ready for chanel presets, however we should fix it for presets.
Please add the necessary server task if needed.
