✔ Fix and replace dynamic loader for sync

For certain tasks we use to display a dyamic spinning icon. This icon appeared at the following places:
on sound items, replacing the cloud icon when syncing ttasks occuredÂ
on the imports panels, while files are processed.
The icon no longer appears, this task is about fixing the icon display and replacing it with the dynamic loader.
you should firstt replicate the issue, try for example importing files in the "my library" section list view. the idea is to now use the dynamic loader at the places where we were using the spining icon
