✔ Empty screen flashes

When working in local mode (click local filter), the empty scree flashes quickly when the content is updated. I've tried to make a video but it is too quick so it's not visible.
Test screnario:
1. Download loops:
factory list view
click loops in the top bar
select few items
click the download arrow
Repeat the same for "one-shots" this is to make sure the list is populated inn local mode.
2. Test flashing screen:
click "Local"
click "loops" back and forth
normally when the list is being updated, you should see the empty scree icon flashing very quickly inn the background. if it is the case, let's remove it, if we need to display something while it's updating, then we should display the loading screen
