✔ reset scrolling speed in list view

few months ago, we have tried to improve the scrolliing of the sound library list view by reducing the scrolling speed. however it is pretty slow now, let's reset it back to the default.
You can see the difference with the scrolling of the plugins details page, the scroll is much faster on this page, we should get the sound library list views back to this same scrollig speed.
