The local/cloud filters are not synced properly with the "sort by" options list. This can be noticed sometimes because the content displayed is local, but the local/cloud filters are deactivated.
Test scenario:
go to factory library
select "local" filter icon
go to "my library" and un-select the local icon
go back to the factory library
When going back to the factory library, the content displayed will be local, because the filter is still enabled, this is visible in the sort by list. However, the local filter icon is deactivated. See the screenshot below.
The correct behabior would be that the local icon is still enabled, as the option is still active in the sorty by list.

It works well now. However let's couple the local/cloud filters between the tabs. meaning that the filter remains selected when you switch tab
