in some cases, the app allows to re-download files which are already downloaded.

for example:
  • using "dowload all" in packs/collections pages 
  • right clicking a local file and selecting "download"

Let's fix it so that a file which is already marked as local is not re-downloaded 

This implies that when using "download all" the app checks for all requested files and ignores the local ones.

this is not working so well, in few cases the files are downnloaded again, see for example this video below

1. Loader icon for sounds:
When right clicking a local file and selectinng "download" the dynamic loader is displayed for a while.
This could probably be improved as the loader is not appearing when usinng "download all"

2. loader for folders:
If download all is used for a folder page, the folder then displays the loader icon for ever in the list view.
