There are some files which appear linked to collections of 3rd party users. Those collections are private, not factory and not shared, but the factory sound item displays the collection's thumbnail, and the collection can be accessed.
Test with the file "e-guitar chorus", the thumbnail for this item is the one of a private collection.
This bug is very likely server related, please test and sync with the web dev to fix the issue.
