Recently, a few issues have appeared with the options for packs and collections. Below are some required fixes.
1. Option menu: When right clicking on a pack/collectionn thumbnail, options appear. right now those options are diffferent from the ones displayed in the packs/collectio's header.
let's sync it so that both places display the same options.
For example, for a creator user, the right menu of factory packs should display:

favorite
edit
delete
share
2. Fix permissions for viewer: Currently viewer users have access to all options on the collection details page. We should fix it so that it displays only the 2 options allowed for viewers:

3. Fix personal folders: In the personal folders details page, the "Add to" option is missing.
