In the filters panel, the content is updated dynamically. For example if clicking on a tag in the "mood" panel, the remaining filters are then updated.
This task is about adding a loader icon when the filters panels are being updated.
The loader icon should be added at the position of the search icon in the top bar of the panel, and replace this icon while the content is updated.
We should use the spinning loader like at other places. the size should be the same as the search icon
